Qualified Veteran Program
George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and William P. Hobby (HOU) airports offer exclusive reservation parking privileges to approved Qualified Veterans. Enrollment is required to reserve via the program; your registered license plate acts as your pass to automatically apply your free parking and fee waivers.
You may choose the new reservation-based parking option or continue using the existing drive-up program, subject to availability and capacity. Reserved spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Program Benefits
- Terminal Garages: Up to 5 days of free parking
- ecopark & ecopark 2: Up to 60 days of free parking
- IAH/HOU Valet: Not included
- Booking Fees:Waived for Qualified Veterans
Important: If you reserve a space but do not arrive, a fee equal to one day of parking for the selected lot will apply.
Note: To receive these privileges, you must reserve your spot and arrive at the airport using the exact license plate registered to your approved Qualified Veterans account.
How It Works
Pre-Qualify:
Complete the pre-qualification form and upload your required documentation to verify eligibility.
Get Approved:
Once verified, your license plate is securely added to the Qualified Veterans system.
Reserve & Park: (Available November 2nd)
Beginning November 2nd, approved veterans may reserve parking in advance using the dedicated reservation portal. Arrive using your registered license plate, and your complimentary parking privileges will be applied automatically.
Important: Anyone found misusing the program will be removed. If you reserve and are a no-show, you will be charged the equivalent fee of 1 day of parking in the chosen lot.
